We have so many questions – where do we begin?
When is this going to be over?
Is this the new normal?
Is this pandemic real?
Are the conspiracy theories real?
Wait- which one are you talking about?
Should I be afraid?
OH I HAVE THE ANSWER TO THAT ONE…NOOOOOO!!!
Daily we hear predictions, prophecies, astrological deductions, scientific-metaphoric-symbolic reasons the world is going thru this rollercoaster upheaval now. Every headline is fueled with fear and designed to create instability and panic. We are searching for answers but there is no one answer that will satisfy everyone. Each answer lets us believe that we are somebody’s victim.
So what do we do?
Breathe. Breathe…and Breathe again.
There are so many unprecedented variables happening in the world right now and we are responding to each in the best way we can. Each day brings a new surprise – a twist, a turn; a total game changer.
If we are centered and stable within, we can be response-able. That is the only way to answer each situation and stay in the game.

The best one is history repeating itself in 100 year cycles:
1720: The Plague
1820: Cholera
1920: The Spanish Flu
2020: Corona Virus
I’ll meet you back here in 2120 and let’s see what history has to offer us
But before then, join me on Monday, August 24th in a conversation with Stewart Pearce in the UK . I’m honored to be invited by Stewart as a guest speaker on his series ‘Deep Dialogues.’
From Stewart: “As we ease our way out of the Pandemic Crisis I’m organizing a number of fascinating events on line – the first of which is a series of unique conversations called DEEP DIALOGUES with some of the world’s leading Female Soul Stewards……names like IYANLA VANZANT & JEAN HOUSTON. This platform is created for us to hear what some of the world’s leading thought keepers feel about what ‘brave new world’ they desire to co-create with us!
‘Deep Dialogues’ with Louise Mita – Monday, August 24th at 12.30pm PST, 1.30pm MT, 3.30pm EST and 8.30pm BST

Aloha Everyone~
There is an energy happening at this time that is the culmination of decades of unresolved inequities. It has plagued every society and country with its root cause being the inhumanity and disrespect perpetuated by hate. We cannot imagine what that would feel like if we haven’t been the recipient of that energy. I can. I have been on the receiving end. I was refused service in the ’60s in restaurants throughout the United States traveling from Winnepeg, Manitoba Canada to Florida, because they didn’t serve “colored people.” The first time it happened I didn’t know who they were talking about. When I realized it was me I shrunk inside to an unimaginable size with such pain of humiliation and shame…there aren’t even words. When it happened again, the pain was as great but the scars had begun to grow. Then again, and again until feeling indignant and angry was the cloak that shielded me. Prior to this, in 1962, I had protested in Washington Square in NYC singing “We Shall Overcome” with thousands of the same people we watch marching today on CNN. So to experience this happening to me, live, years later was shocking. This is still going on 60 years later… the issue itself, decades longer than that. This isn’t about the autopsy report or was there intent to kill. This is about the indignation and brutal treatment of a race of people that has gone on for too long and now needs to STOP. Imagine if you were a black man or mother of a black man who worried anytime there was police presence because there was the risk of being killed FOR ABSOLUTELY NO REASON? For the color of your skin being a crime unto itself. Hard to imagine if it isn’t you. But this horrific behavior then extends beyond the black community now and we’re seeing that all people of color are being marginalized; women taken advantage of; elderly abused; children tortured and abused beyond imagination. This is a movement with a mantra that is saying STOP. STOP. STOP. This isn’t meant to hypnotize anyone into discomfort or danger of respiration. This is to stop MANKIND’S INHUMANITY TO MANKIND. Torture and cruelty goes on everywhere around the world and those in power, whether with a gun and baton or with a pen and money, reign heavily on others just because they can. WELL IT HAS TO F’IN STOP NOW. And though you cannot feel the passion behind it because it isn’t viscerally part of your history, you can feel the pain in your heart for your fellow humans who have lived that story. When I met Madiba I asked him if he felt prejudice toward the white man for incarcerating him for 27 years. He said to me “No, of course not. That would have made my time in prison for nothing. That wasn’t why I was there.” I was stunned. And awakened in an instant. I’m still woke. And I continue to wake others up. Whether by healing, teaching, coaxing, encouraging or shouting. But most of all by example. FEEL ME. I FEEL YOU.
With all my love, Louise
