I hope your summer has been a fulfilling one and continues through to the fall!
Whether you've been working or playing, energetically expanding or decompressing, transforming or establishing
stability, this season has offered a duality and polarization unlike anything we've seen before!
We are pushed - then pulled - then pushed again!!
Why is this happening? What is going on?!!
The list of reasons is endless - from political to astrological, universal to personal - is it a random crap shoot
or destiny in stone?
So What is it? Back to basics - it's simply Yin & YANG!!!
This is the essence of life; every aspect of it is YIN & YANG. Without one, the other couldn't exist. We would
never understand hot if we didn't know cold. Light would have no meaning without the reference of dark.
All of this being said, Captain Obvious, we are experiencing a period where this is being shoved in our faces!
We are feeling the deep seeded HATE within our LOVING souls who abhor the thought of being anything but kind, yet
we taste the bitter as well as the sweet... So that we KNOW what sweet is! So that we KNOW what life is!!
Ok...now what? Don't go bury your face in your iPad impersonating an ostrich...don't run away or try to avoid this.
What should you do?
Acceptance. Total Acceptance. Not Resignation...(although if you must throw in the towel so you don't strangle
yourself with it, then resign you can.). Resignation is not relinquishing power... if you relinquish anything let
it be resistance!!
And once you've resigned, Acceptance will be right there to greet you...
...To be followed by EMBRACING... If you're smart you will fully embrace it with heart and soul...
...And the party begins!!
This is a heads up to let you know it's quite a roller coaster ride these days and it may get steeper but you signed
up for it ages ago - That's right! THIS ride in THESE times! So let yourself be ALL IN!! You might as well ENJOY
THE RIDE!  IT'S EASIER DONE THAN SAID!!!
